Indians beat Okaloosa-Walton

The Chipola Indians defeated Okaloosa-Walton 90-81 Saturday night at home in a clash of first-place teams in the Panhandle Conference.

Mario Little scored 23 points to lead the Indians, while Gary Flowers added 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Chipola moves to 9-1 in league play, while OW falls to 8-2.

The Indians took the season series with the Raiders, giving them essentially a two-game lead in the standings due to the tiebreak advantage.

Chipola now sits in the driver’s seat for the conference championship and top seed in the state tournament.

Tay Waller led the Raiders with 21 points.
