MARIANNA, Fla. – The ongoing dispute between the City of Marianna and its electric power provider, Florida Public Utilities, is one step closer to a resolution.

During a special meeting on Wednesday, city commissioners Rico Williams, John Roberts, James Wise, Travis Ephriam and Paul Donofro Jr. voted unanimously to execute a settlement agreement between the municipality and FPU.
